1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on or placing any bet or wager through the 3333pet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules or promotional terms that are published on 3333pet from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the account holder) and 3333pet. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3333pet platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

3333pet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via platform notification or email to registered accounts.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 3333pet platform is strictly an adult-only service. To register an account and access any betting, gaming or financial service on 3333pet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, betting or participating in any game on 3333pet.
• Identity: You must be a real, natural person acting in your own name. Corporate accounts, trusts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Single account: You may hold only one active account on 3333pet. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list associated with 3333pet or any linked platform at the time of registration.
• Legal capacity: You must not be under any legal or court-imposed restriction that prevents you from entering into binding contracts or accessing online gaming services.

3333pet carries out age and identity verification checks using Bangladesh National ID (NID) documentation. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. In cases where fraud, identity misrepresentation or underage play is suspected, 3333pet may suspend the account and freeze funds pending investigation at any time.

3 Account Registration

To use the full range of services offered by 3333pet — including betting, live casino, slots, deposits and withdrawals — you must register a verified player account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID), date of birth, a valid email address, a contact phone number and your preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3333pet will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Account security: You must enable two-step verification on your account as an additional layer of protection. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 3333pet account.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3333pet support immediately via live chat or email so that your account can be secured without delay.
• One account per player: Holding more than one account on 3333pet is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, all accounts will be merged or closed, bonuses will be forfeited and any suspicious winnings may be voided.
• Account transfer: Your 3333pet account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

3333pet reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close an existing account at its reasonable discretion, particularly where it has reason to believe that a player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false information or poses a risk of fraudulent activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3333pet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. 3333pet supports the following payment channels for Bangladesh players:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB mobile banking
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — direct bank transfer

Deposits are credited to your 3333pet account balance in under one minute for mobile financial service channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant Bangladesh bank.

Withdrawals are available exclusively to players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Verified account holders can typically expect withdrawal processing within minutes to a few hours. 3333pet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Withdrawal destination: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to your account. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and applies without exception.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time. Check the current limits before initiating a transaction.
• Pending bets: Funds that are currently staked on open bets cannot be withdrawn. Only your available balance (excluding staked amounts) is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• AML compliance: 3333pet complies with anti-money-laundering obligations. Any transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering or fraud may be suspended pending investigation. 3333pet reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy AML requirements before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3333pet offers a range of bonuses, promotions and free-spin campaigns to eligible players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which supplement and take precedence over this general section where they conflict.

General conditions that apply to all 3333pet bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds (and, in some cases, the deposit amount associated with the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The exact wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity window.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. If you request a new bonus while one is already active, the existing bonus terms will apply until completion.
• Single account rule: Bonuses are issued on a per-player, per-household, per-device basis. Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 3333pet is subject to these general rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence over this general section.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 3333pet has issued a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet will not be considered valid unless a confirmation reference has been issued.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits per bet and per market are published within each betting market and may vary by sport, event and market type. 3333pet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual selection or account without prior notice.
• Palpable errors: If 3333pet offers incorrect odds due to a clear pricing error (a "palpable error"), any bets placed at those incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at 3333pet's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will have winnings voided and may have their accounts restricted.
• Match abandonment and postponement: Rules governing the settlement of bets on abandoned, postponed or rescheduled sporting events are published within the relevant sport's specific rules section on the platform. In general, if a cricket match does not reach a minimum number of overs as defined by the applicable rules, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation. In fast-moving markets such as ball-by-ball cricket betting, there may be a brief delay in the acceptance of in-play bets. Bets placed during this delay may be accepted at updated odds or declined, at 3333pet's discretion.
• Casino and slots: All casino and slot games on 3333pet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by accredited international providers. Game results are independent, statistically fair and not influenced by previous outcomes. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Prohibited conduct: The use of automated betting systems (bots), matched betting software designed to exploit promotions, arbitrage strategies, or any form of collusion between players is strictly prohibited on 3333pet. Any account found to be using such methods may be suspended and associated winnings voided.
• Dispute resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with 3333pet support within 72 hours of settlement. 7 Responsible Gaming

8 Limitation of Liability

3333pet provides its platform, betting markets, casino games and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While 3333pet takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free operation, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure or free from technical faults at all times.

• Service interruptions: 3333pet shall not be liable for any loss, missed bet or gaming opportunity arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, internet connectivity failures, device issues or any other circumstances outside 3333pet's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
